Well first run done 😁 I’m not going to lie it was bloody hard but I feel so chuffed 😊. I did have to drop 2 of the runs but I still feel I’ve achieved! Thankyou once again for all your engorging words. Roll on run 2. My aim is to pick up a run ☺️

Well done.

As it says in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... if you don't complete all of a workout, have a rest day and repeat it. Each run makes you stronger, but ticking off incomplete workouts is not going to do you any favours later on.

I did tick I off πŸ₯΄ because for me it’s still an achievement and I aim to improve each run.

You will improve with every run, but you do need to fully complete each workout before moving on.

I understand what your saying with completing each work out but i also understand it can be done in ones own time too. So even though I missed 2 this time I and ticked it off I can let the plan run longer

Well done! I had a few runs like this and even if I ticked off I just repeated it until I was happy with my progress before moving on to the next one - keep going - the first time you complete it you will feel great and realise you are already progressing! Keep going and keep us updated!

Congratulations on the first run! You've overcome so many hurdles just by doing that. We will get there!

Follow the link from IannodaTruffe Repeat that run.. slow and steady and enjoy!

You do need to complete each run before you finish the programme.. So a terrific achievement but do that run completely and then do run 2... no use moving in until you have done that :)

You can take more rest days and more weeks..but you do need to complete every run :)

Thankyou for the advice I will complete each stage .what I did was the second half I still split the runs but only did 2 and a longer walk in between πŸ™‚
