Started C25K last week- haven’t run since school days (and then only 200m!) and now mid fifties! Hoping to do vitality 10,000 end of May (10k) so started this app which is really easy to use but then again I’ve only run 8 minutes so far! Hoping to keep it up! I do Zumba & a couple of other excercise classes so I was surprised to have aching limbs afterwards- I guess I’m using completely different muscles that haven’t been used in a while!! Watch this space!
