A very nervous mewbie here,. In one of those people that try to put up a brave front but actually quite nervous when it comes to my body image, my fitness levels etc.

Decided need to do something about my food belly, and my general fitness levels so when my kids (7yr, 6yr and 2x4yr) are out and about playing I can keep up without embarrassingyself too much.

Had to do week1 run1 twice as couldn't manage it all the first time. Second time around I mailed it, but took it a bit slower and ate a bit better/healthier throughout the day.

Here's hoping the next one is as successful!

I'm only on week two so not really speaking from experience, but take it at your own pace. It gets easier. I was very nervous too but look forward to it now. You'll do great. :-)

Thank you, actually enjoyed this run. Surprised me when I found out I was in the last run, felt like I could gonna few more rounds. Well until I finished the cool down walk and stopped for a moment anyway!!
