Just completed W7R3, took a while to get into it as haven't run for a week, legs are fine, but just above the backside was aching, any ideas? hamstring perhaps or just plain old age with a bit of Christmas weight thrown in! Either way I don't really want to put deep heat on as I might upset the household!!

We can’t give out medical advice on here but to start with I would try a heat pad, you can get some rice bags that go in the microwave and just heat up with no smell, or a hot bath. If it doesn’t get better it might be worth a trip yo your Gp. Good luck.
