Yay feeling like a proper runner/plodder now - as I progress through the weeks I’ve seen my distance increasing week by week in the same run time. For anyone feeling like they’re going too slow, does it matter? You’re running! My friends do their runs in like 5.35 /km or 6.38 /km - me I started at 9.51 /km and after 6-7 weeks now at 8.22 /km, I’m slow but lapping them on the couch 👍🏻❤️
My 10 year old daughter joined me today on her bike cheering me on - apparently I made her proud not stopping 👏🏻
