Having had the realisation yesterday that it's been probably about a decade since I finished something, purely for myself, that was difficult, I can't tell you how ecstatic I am about seeing this message at the end of my W9R3 today. I'M A GRADUATE!

Next step: improving aerobic fitness, sloooowly building up speed but not at the expense of killing myself every run, and then upwards and onwards to 10k!
