I think there are 4 coaches on C25K, Laura, Sara Milican, Michael Johnston and Jo Whiley, so you will have another 2 graduation runs still to do, actually, you can use these as part of 6 consolidation runs after you graduate.

That’s the plan - I don’t feel ready to run without a little voice in my ear so going to work my way through them all and then maybe try some of the Nike headspace runs

Sorry I missed out one of the coaches, Sanjeev Kohli, so still to do 3 more, part of your consolidation runs.

That's how I feel - I'll miss the voice reassuring & encouraging me - but excellent idea to graduate again and again! I graduate (for the first time!) tomorrow on my 53rd birthday! How many consolidation runs are you planning?

I am planning on repeating Week 9 six extra times and have down loaded the Nike Just Run App as they have coaches and programmes to suit different runs. Good luck for graduation tomorrow - what a special way to celebrate your birthday too!

It was great! I really enjoyed it. I'm going on holiday on Sunday so my only worry is keeping it up while I'm away. OK on the coast where there's flat to run, but when we're in the hills I'm not sure how I'll do. But we'll be doing lots of walking and I'll run every chance I get. Then I'm going to 'graduate' again and again until the end of Feb and then work on pace!

😂. “Zaza0309 you have come so far - you are truly amazing and an inspiration to us all” - there you go I’ve added an extra one and you didn’t have to run 30 minutes for it! 😂

I should graduate this weekend (I did W9R2 today) so I might try the others coaches during consolidation just for a good dose of positivity 🤣
