I done run 2 yesterday n don’t ache either 😊
I warmed up properly this time for about 10 mins before I went out. Did the warm down and did 3 mins on the bike when I got in. Feel great this morning

Nice... took me a lot longer to lose the aches! They may come back from time to time but they’re normal. Great job on run 2

Stretching after every run, as linked to in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... is recommended to realign muscles while still warm and supple.
