Hi - for all of those who suffered on run 1 - I can report that the aching is non existent after run 2! Feeling awesome today! Keep going......

I warmed up properly this time for about 10 mins before I went out. Did the warm down and did 3 mins on the bike when I got in. Feel great this morning

I done 5 min warm up on the bike then 5 min cool down on bike too but then done a few more exercises. Not sure how I’ll feel after tonight tho as I do a gym camp 3 times a week lol

Nice... took me a lot longer to lose the aches! They may come back from time to time but they’re normal. Great job on run 2

Well done.

Stretching after every run, as linked to in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... is recommended to realign muscles while still warm and supple.

Thankfully I read that before I went out and took it easier than the first run!
