Glad to say I’ve started this program for the second time 😱. This time with my husband and one of my besties!

Graduated 1st time round in December 2017 but due to a couple of minor injuries I haven’t run since May 18. No excuses, just onwards and upwards 🏃‍♀️. I’m so looking forward to the long runs again but know that I need to follow the plan to avoid injuries. Oh, how I’ve missed this supportive app and can already feel the buzz returning. All help gratefully received 👍🏼

Ah, thank you!

Indeed, our mantra is slow and steady. Just trying to convince my friend as she’s wanting to rush ahead with no days off, etc, etc! Recipe for disaster, I know!! 😘
