How do you start running again after a severe cramp? Which cause my hip to become injured as a put so much pressure onto it. I've missed 3 weeks off running!!

I had three weeks off with a stuffy cold, and when I restarted I was lucky to be able to continue from the same point. If I were you, I'd begin again at the next run in your program and see how you feel. If it's comfortable, carry on. If not, there's no shame in dropping back to repeat a week. Just listen to your body. It'll always keep you right :)
