Starting tomorrow!

Starting the journey tomorrow, have always been fit on and off (usually after a breakup) but after bypass surgery 2 years ago I've really let things go regards weight and activity. Therefore approaching this with some trepidation!

Welcome! Don’t worry... we got you. Slow and steady running is the key... we’re not on boot camp. Let the fitness build and the legs strengthen... you can do this. Enjoy the journey.

Don’t try to rush it and take your time. My dad had a quad bypass over 11 years ago at 60. Was playing competitive tennis the following spring after his rehab had finished.
