I am due to have my first post graduation run tomorrow.
Mixed feeling of a great sense of achievement and sadness having finished.

It’s a strange prospect huh? Try to set a goal... maybe book a 5k event to train towards? I found headspace runs and guided runs on the Nike app great to switch to and I still use them as I like having a coach in my ears and my music in between. Have a great run.
