Happy new year to you all.

I have a question. I completed W11R1 today and I’m still only running around 3.5 km. no where near 5k.

I just wondered how long I need to run 30 mins for before I can start to increase the length of time? I would only do 1 min extra each time but not sure when to start this.

Consolidation runs only need to go on until you are totally comfortable running for that duration........one, two or three weeks, perhaps, depending on the individual.

If you read the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you will see that most people only increase one run per week.
