Well done for choosing this plan. This is the friendliest forum I have ever found. We’ll all be cheering you on!! I’ve just started week 7, I’m classed as obese (that’s a working progress). This on its own won’t help with the weight but will definitely tone up. I have never run in my life (in fact I used to write my own notes at school to get out of pe). I gave up smoking, started healthy eating and got gp referral to the gym. If I can do this you definitely can. Happy running 🏃♀️ and keep us all updated on your runs. This forum is great for motivation.....even when you’re struggling, there’s bound to be someone who’s been through the same no matter what it is!!
If you are careful with what you eat you can successfully lose some weight on c25k . I had 4 stone to lose after stopping smoking I did brisk walking first for 4 months and lost nearly 2 stone and I'm still losing weight gradually so good luck to you 😊
