1st run !


I’ve just completed my first session and managed to do 1.8 miles. (2.8km) on a treadmill.I found the session a challenge as I haven’t run since I was chased out of a field by a farmer when I was 17 😃 I’m now 49 and well over weight! How do you keep yourself motivated? I’ve always found that once the novelty wears of, the hardest part is getting my ass out of the pub or off the chair.
