Week 2 Run 1. A little less beggared than last week but felt it right up to the 5th minute & my knee still hurts!! Any suggestion for the knee greatly appreciated. Many thanks & hope everyone is good 🌈β™₯οΈπŸ˜˜β˜€οΈxxxx

Well done x my run 2 week 2 is tomorrow. Really looking forward to it. Sorry to hear your knee is painful. Hopefully a rest day will help. Take it easy x

I started W2 on Friday and that's when my knees started hurting. I had a day rest and continued with D2 but still hurt and ended up a bit slower. You're not alone!
