Managed one of my w7 25minute runs early on Christmas morning. It is always a bit of a struggle but it was beautiful out there with the ground frosty and crunchy underfoot and the sun glinting on the frosted grass heads and trees, so enchanting that the usual mind gremlins were kept at bay. I am definitely a cold weather runner.

Ain't it grand...I love those clear frosty mornings.... just watch out for the ice.. especially black ice.. i had an hilarious Bambi incident once......!
