Never thought I'd be running on Christmas Day, first for everything I suppose! Week 7 Day 2 done, a bit boggy as the picture suggests, but I do prefer trail runs than the road albeit a bit trickier!!

Ok, its now downhill for the rest of the day, Its time for my first glass, cheers and merry Christmas everyone.
