just to wish everyone a happy christmas , hope you get lots of lovely running gear and enjoy every festive outing , i shall mostly be carb loading this week for my first and only marathon on new years day !

Good luck. I know everybody thinks carb loading is fun but I find it a bit of a bind, it is worth it, I could imagine with a week to go you could sneak in a few treats today. 😀 Good luck with your event and most of all have fun. Happy Christmas. Rfc x
