W5R3 I can’t believe I’ve just run (possibly slower than walking speed) for 20minutes continuously. I never believed even after W5R2 I’d be able to do that again after being very fit in my youth! This programme is AMAZING. Those of you who are worried like I was, fear not just take it slow. I also stopped listening to music and find interesting podcasts instead and that means I can’t guess the timing and just keep going.
