Our parkrun isn’t holding one this year. The local-ish one that is is slightly too far for me as we’re going out for lunch and there won’t be time. Shame. Still, I’m doing the double on New Years Day to make up for it! 👍

Little Miss UNM wants to do a 5k before presents, so I’m running too... still easing back after my ankle injury so I’m gonna do run walk in half mile blocks to get me round the park the same number of times.

I’ll be running Xmas day, but only on W7 or 8 as I haven’t fully decided yet.

I didn’t actually realise park runs were done on Xmas day!

I live semi in the bog end of nowhere, but still within the m25 which I guess is bog end of nowhere to not a lot a people, but I like to pretend I live in the country!
