Oh my goodness. I’m in danger of being a runner.

Week 6 Run 3 is in the bag and I LOVED it.

There were so many demons telling me not to go. The rain. The cold. I couldn’t get to the gym for the treadmill. Last night’s festivities.

But I thought, ‘Sod this. I’ll shuffle if I have to.’

And I put on my running kit and LOVED it (as I said).

All the minuses were pluses. Running outside. Feeling the wind and rain. Waving to fellow lunatics.

Bring on Boxing Day and Week 7.

I love running outside have done since I started c25k as you progress I don't mind what the weather is , just go out and do it no excuses 😊😊
