I told you that you that you would love running in those conditions, yes they were the first for you and you loved it, nice shoes even if they are a little muddy
As I told you I was going to Dunfermline today but just to spectate, I was speaking to the run director, she wondered where I had been and was very happy that I will be back running next Saturday, a few other runners recognised me as well and were also happy that I will be running next week.
Enjoy the rest of the day, this afternoon I will be running another run of Ju Ju's Magic 10, its the 15 minute one and I will be running it on that new route only 10 minutes walk from where I live. π ππΎ
Update, 2pm, just back from that 15 minutes run of Ju-Ju's Magic 10 plan, it says 15 minutes or 2.5K, I only timed it and ran for 15 minutes, I probably ran around 2.3Km.
No RunningMigster, it's not an assault course, I have ran 4 parkruns on that course, although not today, it is through picturesque woodland, but when there has been a lot of rain β which we have had a lot recently, combined with snow melt, (we had snow this week) there are places on the course which gets very muddy and large puddles appear and the runners just have to run through them.
Great time in testy conditions. Well done for embracing the inclement weather. Btw, I stuff my shoes with newspaper as a cheaper alternative to kitchen paper! Have a good weekend ππIβm off for a walk along the costal path next to the white cliffs if itβs not too windy
