In week 4 and was due to do 2nd run. But weather is terrible and can't go out. Feel bad as upto now I've been in a strict routine. Will it do any harm to have a extra day rest?

It will do you good if anything... relax and enjoy the couch, it misses you... just don’t fall in love with it, the weather is gonna be better tomorrow!
Stop feeling bad, you’re amazing... the early weeks are hard and you’re in week 4, that’s a big achievement... be proud, put your feet up and just think about how amazing you are.
Same for me yesterday! I tried to do a Zumba workout from YouTube instead but ten mins in and it just wasn't doing it for me. I ended up counting that as my warm up and going out in the rain anyways but only for a jog around the block two times which is 1 mile. My Fitbit app said I done my fastest time yet!!!
Hate that feeling of wet on the front of your thighs afterwards though!
Later I did 30 mins aerobics too. I'm still trying to figure out what I can do on really rainy or icy days. I've even been eyeing up a treadmill on eBay but I don't think it will be the same and I will mentally tire of it too quickly.....
