Second little run on the comeback trail yesterday before parkrun, and then I made like the much better looking person above and I no longer have 3 feet of hair... may have 3mm in a day or two. Of course I chose the perfect time of year for this... bloody cold ears this morning 😂

Yeah... I’ve got a lot of hats... I like hats... but no deerstalker or trapper type... balaclava maybe, but running the streets in one of those tends to get blue flashing lights 😂
