1st 5K ParkRun

I completed my first 5K ParkRun on Saturday in Richmond, London.

I met up with some friends who were seasoned 5K runners. I ran the whole way round the course with them. This was the first time I had ran 5K and I did in a time of 38:31.

Really pleased with myself and was amazed that I did it in under 40 minutes.
