Still not managed wk7 r2 due to a really heavy cold for past 4 days. Appears to be leaving my chest now and moving to my head, really bad headache this morning. Would this explain why the last few runs have been hard going?

It would...so many horrible things going around..rest up..hydrate well and make sure the chest is clear before heading out.

The runs will wait for you.x

Hi Amanita. Advice I've heard is to reduce exercise or rest if your cold is affecting you neck down. But you can carry on if it's the neck up...

Sorry to hear that Amanda, I sympathize. My final week was disrupted for weeks firstly because of an injury then a heavy cold. After two eerks, my chest congestion has gone but still got blocked and slightly painful sinuses. I started running again when the congestion cleared and graduated today. So don't get down, wait till your healthy then you be back out and you'll smash it
