Feeling heavy

No idea why but I felt really heavy during today’s run. I know I’m heavy but seriously felt it slowing me down for the first time.

That being said: week 4 Run 2 completes without any pauses so that’s good

Sometimes it can be hydration... But you got it done, so well done pulling through and happy running for R3

Lack of hydration and low calories during the day makes me feel heavy, like you have a toddler attached at the waist hanging behind you. Close your eyes, imagine you're running in sand along a gorgeous beach...xP

I’ll try and remember the beach

I’ll try to remember the beach image next time I’m having a tough run - but I’ll probably keep my eyes open if that’s ok, since I run by the river... Accidental paddling might not be quite as much fun in real life! ;)

Everything can affect your running and your running can have an impact on just about every aspect of your life. Try to work out what was different about this run so you can avoid the same situation in future.

Well done.

I have those days - when gravity is pulling you down - but hey you did it 🙌👏

I'm with the rest on hydration, could just be a not so great run though.

Still a run ran is still a successful one 👍😁

You're getting there 💪
