Wk 9 run 1

Yesterday lunchtime I completed my first 30 minute run. I am so pleased with myself. I've had a crazy busy week and this weekend looks much the same so I skipped a lunch break reading my book and hit the pavements near work.

I dismissed all those 'I never thought ghat 9 weeks ago... Etc' posts, believing that surely I couldn't run for an extended period of time.

We'll blow me, I have. I was very ill in the summer and Sepsis nearly killed me, so to have achieved this I am beside myself with excitement. Running outdoors, seeing the world breathing the air and getting fit is just the best feeling. I think I might now say 'I am a runner.

2 runs to go to graduation, and I feel amazing.
