So after 2wks of consolidation runs I took a week off (didn’t plan to it just happened) Sunday I took a new route (a 5k route🤪) the sun was shining 🌞 but after 20mins I really started to tire! Then it started raining ☔️ I’m beginning to feel I can’t do this when 3 things happened.....
I ran past a church called Faiths!
George Michaels Faith came on my playlist!
And I shared a good morning with my first fellow runner!
(I normally run on field and don’t see a soul)
These 3 things gave me the boost I needed and I finished the rest of the run with a smile 😊
Never did I think I’d actually be able to run 5k 🏃♀️ Thanks for all your encouragement guys x
