Haven’t run since last Saturday. Due to kids being ill and kindly passing it on. Oh how I wish I hadn’t taught them to share 😂😂.
Going to try a run tomorrow all being well. The last two runs I did were for 30 mins then 15/2/10. Do you think a run of 10/2/10 would be a food place to start and then maybe try a longer run on Tuesday? X

This happened to me a couple of week back thanks to working in a school and picking up the vomiting bug. I made sure to rest and then because i was on week 5 run 3 so i repeated run 2 as i didnt fsmcy doing 20 mins of non stop running after a week of no running.
I managed to get out the running gear tonight. My last run was on the 1/12 and ran for 30 mins. Didn’t want to push it tonight so downloaded the 25 minute I don’t want to run run from the Nike app. I did it and still had some left in the tank. Managed 3.3km too. Happy days x
