Any advice for week 7 run 2 I've been unwell then the snow came so overall about 10 days since last run.Should I go back a week??

Just head out for a walk and then maybe a gentle jogette... see how you feel ...if okay, then move on steady and slow
I was due to start wk8 and came down with the lurgy. I was out for 2 weeks, but instead of going back a week I decided to go rogue and try a couple of 20 minute runs to check out my fitness. However the weather had other ideas. I guess the best thing to do is to ease back in. There's no rush, nobody is cracking the whip. Just go with what feels right and before you know it you'll be back in the groove and graduating.

Go out and just run for fun. If you get to 20mins you may surprise yourself and do another 5. If not, no bother. You will probably find you do better than you think, just keep the pace slow.
