Week 5 Run 2 completed! I really enjoyed the second 8 minutes. I am looking forward to the full 20 minutes on Friday with a degree of terror but hopeful that this middle aged, slightly chubby non-runner will complete it satisfactorily.

Slow and steady... trust the plan... believe in yourself...and know you will do this
W5 rocks!!! It is really awesome and the 3rd run is the coolest of the week. Forget about terror, you will do great!! Just relax and do as you did today, you are ready.Happy running ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ!!!
