I did w5r2 on Sunday and, due to work, my next chance to run is tomorrow, Friday, so I will have had 4 rest days when I usually only have a maximum of 2. Will I still be okay to attempt r3 tomorrow, do you think, or should I repeat r2?

You'll be fine doing R3, I usually have 1-2 days between runs but a couple of times I've had 4 or even 5 days, go for it
