I have just completed, well nearly, week 2 run 2 but during the first and last 90 second run I knew I had been running for ages but when I checked the app on my phone it showed I had 1 min 20 seconds to run on both segments, strangely the 3 mid sections were fine, anyone else had this? I also had strava and amazon music running on my iPhone se.

If you’re open to listening to ‘music of a different beat’ you could try the podcasts instead of the app. Worked well for me through the whole program.
