I completed 2nd run for week 3 and my left calf started hurting - i completed the run but now its hurting quite a bit. Any suggestions?

Stretch and roll.... don't run until it feels better.. if no improvement, get it checked out!
Stretch well before and after, cold pack (ice pack from freezer in towel helped me), rest it well and run as slowly as possible. I am just about to do R3 on W5, calf ached on Tuesday so will see how it fares today....😌
