Feeling accomplished! When I did W6 R3 I had to slow down to a walk just 30 seconds from the end of the run. I know it’s not a huge amount of time but I was so annoyed with myself. Today, I did the full 25 minutes with a longer cool down walk. Got 2 more runs this week then I’m off to Tenerife next Saturday for a week. I’m really hoping to do W8 when I’m there, but if I don’t, should I repeat W7 when I come home, or can I go straight to Week 8 having had a week’s break? Thanks as always for the advice and support. Good luck everyone

Great job. You should be fine to continue after a week off. Enjoy the next run and of course Tenerife!
