Week 1 run 3


So after some strength training today I did run 3 of week 1 and it was my best effort to date. Granted I'm currently using a treadmill. I still managed just under 2.5km but I ran consistently for each interval. Was such a good feeling accomplishing this run as it's the first time I've managed to run at each interval. Gonna have tomorrow as a rest day but I really enjoyed running for the first time. It usually just feels like such a chore but not todays
