Finally done with my W9R3 today. It was drizzling all day yesterday and rained a bit in the evening. So, had my doubts today. But ended up leaving home a bit early and completed the run relatively better than the two previous runs.

I am ready for another couple of weeks of W9 as warm-ups and then to move to the next challenge of 10k. Hope I can keep going.

I definitely want to thank everyone on the group for the kind words of encouragement and suggestions, keeping me in check to not get too excited and burn out. Thank you all again.

Will send my note for the badge that I will proudly show off !

Well done you!

Check this useful post out...Consolidation is the name of the game..plenty of 30 minutes and some different routes, and some shorter and longer runs..then maybe try the C25K+ podcasts after a couple pf weeks.

Fun and challenging, they teach us a lot about the disciplines in our runs. Then..Bridge to 10K maybe?

It is all out there.. waiting!
