After the other half got the lurgy straight after me, we've only managed two runs this week. I think after the 5th 28 min run, we've finally established we can do 28 now 😂
One weird thing that happened is that none of the usual niggles were there - no knee, ankle or calf issues at all, not even any toxic ten. Instead, i was quite out of breath for the last ten mins, and my thighs were aching! Can only conclude i was running in a different way to usual. Odd.
