Hiya been a little while. I got side tracked with getting married and stuff and decided to wait til after my wedding before starting the c25k app again. Ive done 2 runs of week 1 on the treadmill at the gym i go to. My pace was slightly slower than out doors but I've gotta admit it was easier than I anticipated it. No aches or pains at all and my running form has improved massively. I will be doing the app on treadmill for the time being as I have time to do it that way but if i wait til a night time. Its not always doable. Least this way I'm getting it in.
