I so wanted to run when I first got up and saw frost on the grass... I’ll be out later though!

Nice running

You won’t regret it. I really didn’t want to this morning, freezing, drizzle, numb when I got back, but boy did it feel good! So much better than running in the summer heat.

I’m ready to go, just gotta do some of this β€œlife” thing and I’m out there! Yeah, the walker in me can’t wait to be moaning it’s too hot, the runner is loving this though!

So much easier in the cold. Dark not so inviting tho. 😐

Yep, always worth it, but roll on summer I say. Shorts, tee shirt, go!

Hi there! I’ve noticed your location: I’m just down the road in Pudsey, also an academic! What a small world! Do you do any park runs, and if so, where do you recommend? I have just finished week 5 and enjoying the programme πŸ‘

Hello! Small world indeed. Not yet done a park run, as usually taking son to work at that time. Local ones are Hyde Park and Bramley. Have registered for Leeds Santa Run 9th December for St. Gemma’s hospice. Hope you’re enjoying the running, looks like you’re doing great! πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Enjoy the Santa Dash! It’s a bit soon for me. I thoughtI might try the Bramley Park run route one day for a week 7/8 run: it’s 4 laps up & down the hill 😳 I won’t have many Saturdays free but fancy giving it a go when I can. I am enjoying it, thanks x
