Hoping to get into regular jogging. Regular football with friends but want to gain endurance and stamina to help with my football and overall fitness

Cool... you’re in the right place. You can do this plan and it will make your fitness level rocket and endurance grows run by run... pro footballers run up to around 15k, so do this and maybe go to 10k after and you’ll be way ahead of most amateur players.

Don’t run this like you’re chasing down the wing, run it nice and slowly and you’ll get more if the benefits you’re looking for.

I’m gonna try do my first run today. Although I am playing footy tonight Yh I am hoping the app will help with the insurance side of it. Yh I’m not even in a team it’s all just casual but I want to just up my game. Fed up of just making a run then not having enough to just get that extra or to get back to stop a counter. And it’s all fitness really.
