Couple of cautionary warnings here...first save your run or you will do the same one twice 😫😫😫and if...like me...you pull your headphones out and plug back in to your IP5 it pauses everything...got music going but failed to take C25k off pause...ran two mins before I found out.

I always save my runs after I finish. When I was doing C25K I did not have the uptodate Smartphone I now have, I did the whole 9 weeks from memory on my laptop before I ran any of the weeks, of course I could not take my laptop with me, the worst week to remember everything was week 4. I now have the phone and sometimes pick a run with Laura to accompany me.
Ouch! I did that once, but just played the next run whilst at home and saved it. You don't have to run it again - unless you really want to!
And I have a vision of AlMorr running along with open laptop in his arms!
That iPhone auto pause has been a godsend lots of times... running isn’t one of those times! You’re doing great... what they said above, just play the run later if it happens again. Now, I’m considering running with a laptop 😂
Haha! I feel your pain. I have also done that. Lucky I was only on week 3. 😂
