Luckily the hail started about 6 houses down from mine and was only little! Was proud I didn’t let the rain be an excuse. Roll on Thursday.

Glad you enjoyed your second run 🏃. of C25K emma_lynne, not nice running in a hail ☔shower🚿 or rain☔ but I am happy it did not stop you from running , onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1.🏃😊

Well done! It’s all too easy to use the weather as an excuse, but you didn’t and you smashed your run! 👊👍👏

Well done, I was out in the rain and wind at 6am doing the same run. I actually felt great afterwards, being wet didn’t bother me. My next run is Thursday too. Good luck 😉

Yes have to say I was surprised how little I minded being wet, I wore a rain jacket for a bit but it was making me too warm so it came off.

I stared off cold couldn’t be doing with trying to put clothes somewhere, try and breathe, run etc all at once. 🤣🤣
