Hands so cold I couldn't open front door....look like drowned (and boiled) rat...But it still feels worth it.... Keep it up y'all and think how good you'll feel at the end. Nice hot shower and a cup of tea..aahhhhhhhh x

what lovely weather you had!! i only had wind and that was enough!

Hope you OK after your fall and not too bruised (including ego if it was in public place)

Like the picture of a "drowned and boiled rat", I know exactly what you mean. It was my first wk7 run, cold but sunny - but the wind was blowing into my face on all the downhill sections so I didn't feel like I was getting the breaks I deserved!

in reply to

Although thinking about it now running uphill into the wind would have been worse.....

oh dear good on ya for going out in the first place and i agree thats dedication. at least you've done it in that sort of weather anything can challenge you now. sorry for the fall though hope your ok and it doesnt hinder you from going out soon.

fell over? join the club, where's the video camera when you need one? You must be a real runner going out and facing the elements. :)
