9 weeks after starting my couch to 5k journey I've graduated. Am I happy about it ? - no because that would be an understatement. I am bursting with pride, ecstatic and very much ready for the next challenge. I see this as very much a stepping stone to bigger and greater things. So this evening 5K to 10K beckons and I cannot wait for the next step in my journey.

Excellent! The world is your oyster! Moving to 10k is much easier than C25K. Good luck! You’ll be at HM oh no time 👌🏽😂

Very well done Lolly! You have such enthusiasm and I can see you working your way to 10k no problem!

Give it a little while though. Your running legs are still new, so consolidate your W9 runs for a few weeks, which will continue to strengthen them, then hop on over to B210K (where there are lots of familiar names from over here 😀) and maybe try the Magic 10 plan. No hurry though, just enjoy your wonderful running! 😀😀😀

Congratulations! Some consolidation is recommended before the road to 10k... come to that start line in your own time! Enjoy celebrating and the next runs.
