Is anyone doing the strength and Flexibility podcasts along side the runs?! I’m in week 3 already and just wondered if I should start doing them. It’s not to late right?!

It’s never too late and it will help... I’m not following the podcasts but I am cross training daily and most of those days it’s an activity that will really help my running... core work, lower body strengthening, and yoga... with the odd kick my ass upper body workout just for the heck of it.

Thanks UnfitNoMore. The kick my ass upper body workout sound epic by the way! 😊 Finding myself wanting to do something to use up some energy on my rest days. I will give it a go. Thanks for the advice.
