The dreaded W5R3 truely couldn’t have went better. Doubted going out after playing golf earlier but did anyway. Usual first few minutes were a slog then the mind wandered with the music and “the lovely Laura” was telling me to stop!! Feeling it in the thighs but the breathing took care of itself. Had the breath back fine befor the warm Down. Hats off to C25K no idea how you do it!!

So it didn’t slap you like a kipper? Who knew? 😂

Great run. The long runs do give you the chance to let the mind wander if you get the pace right, so well done there.

Slow and steady into week 6, enjoy.

Kipper couldn’t keep up!! 😂. It’s seriously a psychological challenge once you get past the barrier 👍

It sure is... most of this is in the mind... fear no run, respect them all. The next one looks easier but needs respect, pace it well in the first two intervals and you’ll be grinning over the finish line.
