Running slowly makes it easier and builds your fitness and endurance better.

Starting this programme is a big shock to the system, and every week you are asking your body to do a bit more, so I didn't find any of it easy!
But, make sure you keep really well hydrated, and jog really slowly, and it will become easier.

Some days are going to be better than others. I keep nagging on about flowers. If you watch time lapse film of a flower opening, you’ll see it’s not a smooth progression; more a series of hiccups, a leap forward here, a slight retreat there. This process of developing pace and fitness is much the same. It may feel frustrating, but in fact it’s completely natural. All the best with it x
